After being a personal fitness trainer for over 10 years, I chose to make a change into insurance. In May of 2021 one of my oldest friends, who also ended up being my brother-in-law, suddenly and unexpectedly, passed away. He had just had a physical and was given a clean bill of health. How could this happen?? I don't know but it did. He had health insurance but no life insurance. As my little sister grieved and struggled to understand why, she also had to worry about their home, their babies, and their bills. I did a go-fund-me for her and we just prayed that we could come up with enough. We did for his final expenses, but there wasn't a whole lot left. If he would have had the right insurance it could've paid off the mortgage, all of their debt, paid for his sons' education and provided his lost income for years to come.
